Kansas State Association of Fire Chiefs
The 2022 Kansas State Association of Fire Chiefs Conference will be held October 21-23 in Topeka, KS at the Ramada Hotel & Conference Center. All vendors are required to complete a registration to ensure there is space available.

Vendor Introductions will occur during the main conference on Friday morning approximately 10:30 a.m. - you will be notified to line up prior to the scheduled time.
Vendor Display Hours - Vendor displays are open to attendees from Friday October 21 at 07:30 am until 4:30 pm and Saturday October 22 from 7:30 am until 12 pm (noon).
Vendor Set-Up - Set up will occur Thursday the 20th starting at 11 am and teardown on Saturday the 22nd after 12PM.
Vendor Product Demonstrations - We are still working on the details on this possible option. If held it will be Friday from approximately 5:30 p.m.– 7:30 p.m. at the Topeka Fire Training Facility. This facility is located one block north of the hotel.

Pre-Conference - Thursday afternoon includes golf at Topeka Country Club (non-public course). Alternatively we have developed a no cost (you provide ammunition) shooting event that might be of interest information here.
Conference Program - Friday includes updates from around the state and breakout presentations in the afternoon as well as election nominations, vendors and more. Saturday includes and exciting speaker and program (linked above). Sunday concludes with the business meeting - Program
Partner Program - Past itinerary included the historic North Topeka art district (NOTO), The State Capitol, and Topeka Vendors Market. - Program
Lodging - Guests need to contact the hotel directly at 1-800-432-2424 or 785-234-5400. You must request "FIRE CHIEFS" rate at time of booking to receive the group rate. Cut off date for guaranteed group rate reservations is September 29, but may be available until conference.
