Dates: October 28-30, 2025
Location: Hilton Garden Inn Manhattan, 410 South 3rd Street, Manhattan KS 66502
Conference Schedule: The 2025 Kansas State Association of Fire Chiefs 109th Annual Conference will be held October 28-30, 2025 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Manhattan, KS. Conference Registration ($200) includes access to all programming on Wednesday and Thursday, including the Wednesday awards luncheon, the evening BBQ, the keynote speaker and business meeting, and the vendor expo.
We would like for everyone to attend the full conference, but if you only plan to attend the Chief's Roundtable, there is no charge to attend. Details regarding the Chief's Roundtable will be sent out to the membership at a later date.
Wednesday Luncheon: Participants of Wednesday sessions are invited to attend the awards luncheon. Please denote any dietary restrictions as you complete the registration process and when prompted for "Special Accommodations."

Price: $200 for attendance on Wednesday and Thursday
Refunds: Cancellations made to before the first day of the conference will be refunded in full upon request. Cancellations thereafter or conference no-shows will not be refunded.
