Kansas State Association of Fire Chiefs
The 2021 Kansas State Association of Fire Chiefs Conference will be held October 22-24 in Topeka, KS at the Ramada Hotel & Conference Center. All vendors are required to complete a registration to ensure there is space available.

Vendor Introductions will occur during the main conference on Friday morning approximately 10:30 a.m. - you will be notified to line up prior to the scheduled time.
Vendor Display Hours - Vendor displays are open to attendees from Friday October 22 at 07:30 am until 4:30 pm and Saturday October 23 from 7:30 am until 12 pm (noon).
Vendor Set-Up - Set up will occur Thursday the 21st starting at 11 am and teardown on Saturday the 23rd after 12PM.
Vendor Product Demonstrations - 5:30 p.m.– 8:00 p.m. Friday - To be held at the Topeka Fire Training Facility. This facility is located one block north of the hotel. Open to all vendors just let us know in the comments if you want to participate.
