KSAFC Roundtable March 2024

Join us for an enriching Chiefs' Roundtable, an exclusive gathering designed to foster camaraderie, insightful conversation, and professional growth. This event provides a unique opportunity for fire chiefs across Kansas to come together, share experiences, and learn from one another.

• They are holding 18 rooms for us but can add more if needed.
• Reservations can be made by utilizing the booking link or calling the hotel at 785-749-6010.
• Must reserve a room by Monday, March 11, 2024.
• Please provide a State of Kansas Tax Exempt form before arrival.
• Full breakfast is provided.

Pizza, dessert, water & soda provided by Eudora FD for get-together on Monday, March 18, from 6-9pm on the hotel patio. 

Group lunch on Tuesday, March 19th at 11:30 at Barbwire BBQ in Eudora.

Afternoon stroll up Main Street to Main Street Scoops & Sweets for the best ice cream on the planet. (Afternoon sweets provided by EFD)

Additional morning snacks, coffee, and water will be available in the meeting room.

Also, I just realized that March 19th is an election day. This throws a wrench into plans for those traveling to get here. They may need to be reminded to vote early.
