Base fee:
  • Discounted Full Conference - includes the banquet for the attendee.

    This option is available through September 15, 2019
  • Regular Price - Full Conference, includes the banquet for the attendee.
  • This option allows the attendee to access to the first day of the conference.
  • This option allows the attendee to attend and listen to our main program speaker.

The 2019 Annual Fire Chiefs Conference will be held October 18-20 in Hutchinson, KS at the Atrium Hotel & Conference Center. All vendors are required to complete a registration to ensure there is space available.

Making Your Hotel Reservations!


The Atrium Hotel & Conference Center is the conference hotel and is located at 1400 N Lorraine St, Hutchinson, KS 67501.


To make reservations you must call 1-800-362-5018 or 620-669-9311 and let them know you are with the Kansas State Association of Fire Chiefs to get the conference rate. Reservation cutoff is October 2, 2019 after which rooms are on a space and rate available basis only.
